Çağrı GÖKTAŞ is the founding partner and has extensive experience in a range of practice areas involving banking-finance, capital markets, corporate-commercial, contract and labour laws and mergers-acquisitions. He advises on finance and capital markets transactions representing local and international financial institutions in their financing projects (i.e. project finance, syndications, commodity finance deals), represents local and international clients on their capital markets (i.e. debts instrument issues, public offerings or private placements), merger-acquisition transactions, real estate projects and litigation.
